Lab-grown salmon dishes

I prepared lab-grown salmon and it was just fantastic. Actually, tasted like heaven. I made three dishes out of it: one is a guacamole wrapped in Wildtype salmon gravlax, second is a fried salmon skin like the one I tried in Genki Sushi somewhere in Asia, and third is just taco but with salmon instead. What are some of your favorite lab-grown meat dishes that anyone would love?

You're showing off and I like it. Personally, I've been messing around with lab grown duck and I turned it into bao buns with pickled onion and a spicy hoisin twist that could make a grown man cry. Also did a lab grown lamb gyro that honestly should be illegal. It's all fun and games until someone says "it's not real meat" and then I kindly suggest they go chew on a lettuce leaf lol

I mean I wouldn't mind seeing the recipes, I'm sure they'll do great with the regular salmon. Speaking of, how close is the lab grown one to the real deal? Haven't tried it yet, I'm hesitant, but curious at the same time.
