Have you eaten any lab meat yet? And is the lab meat going for a replication of beef, lamb, chicken?

I haven't had the chance to try any yet given its very limited availability. My interest started with the beef and chicken products since they're the 1st to get approval. From your vantage point which company's approach shows the most promise for large scale production?
