First grocery store sighting of cultivated meat

I just spotted lab-grown chicken at my local market! Can you believe it's going for $17 a pound? It's made from animal cells but without any farming or slaughter involved. I'm really curious, has anyone here tried it yet? Are you into it for the tech side of things, the ethics, or just ready to try something totally different?

I haven't tried it yet, but the tech behind lab grown meat fascinates me really. If it can cut down on environmental impact and animal suffering, I'm all for it but I hope the price tag hopefully comes down soon, $17 a pound is a bit much for everyday meals
